Overview:
The Assistant/Admin Manager will support the Branch Manager in supervising day-to-day operations and ensuring administrative efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff coordination
-Manage administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entry
-Prepare reports, schedules, and documentation as required by management
-Monitor stock records, supplier invoices, and branch expenses
-Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures
-Support HR functions such as employee attendance, leave tracking, and onboarding
-Coordinate internal communications and relay important information to staff
-Help resolve customer queries and support front-line operations as needed
-Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive branch and personnel information
Requirements:
-LGCSE or equivalent qualification
-Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in administration or retail support
-Strong organizational and people-management abilities
-High attention to detail and reliability
