Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide client services in accordance with established business rules and service standards.

-Handle receipting of cash premiums and ensure proper record-keeping.

-Process policyholder benefit payments accurately and in line with internal guidelines.

-Maintain high standards of client care, communication, and responsiveness.

-Ensure accurate filing and easy retrieval of processed claim documents.

-Complete productivity trackers consistently and contribute to service reporting.

-Support team targets and client retention strategies.

-Ensure all payment instructions and claims are processed within agreed turnaround times.

-Contribute to innovation by sharing client experience insights and solutions.

-Take accountability for personal growth and continuous learning.


    Requirements and Skills:

    • Educational Qualification: Degree in Business Management or equivalent
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
    • Core Competencies:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
      • High integrity and confidentiality in handling client information
