We are currently looking for a Settlements Specialist to join our OPC (Operations and Processing Centre).


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and align functional area budgets and targets, ensuring cost efficiency across operations.
  • Monitor and improve operational effectiveness while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide strategic input into vendor management processes and assist in resolving vendor-related disputes.
  • Facilitate solution design workshops with stakeholders and evaluate options aligned with business architecture (process, systems, and people).
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and senior staff.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Investment Banking, Mathematics, or equivalent field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector
  • Possession of an Investment Management certificate is an added advantage
