Position: Booth Teller

📍 Locations:

  • Maseru District – Roma, Morija, Mazenod, Machache, Semonkong
  • Mokhotlong District – Mapholaneng
  • Butha-Buthe District – Thaka Banna
  • Leribe District – Pitseng, Maputsoe, Mapoteng
  • Teyateyaneng District (TY) – Mamathe, Sefika
  • Mafeteng District – Makhakhe, Tsakholo, Tebang
  • Mohale’s Hoek District – Ketane, Mekaling, Phala
  • Thaba-Tseka District – Mantsonyane, Sehong Hong, Katse Dam
  • Qacha’s Nek District – Sekake, Sehlaba Thebe
  • Quthing District – Mount Moorosi, A’skop

📅 Employment Type: Full-Time
🧭 Reports To: Booth Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all remittance transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Verify all required documents to comply with legal and regulatory standards
  • Ensure daily cash and stock balancing
  • Deliver professional customer support at all times
  • Stay up to date with foreign exchange trends and rates
  • Promote the Mukuru brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Engage in continuous personal and professional development

Minimum Requirements:

  • LGCSE / COSC (Form E) or equivalent (Compulsory)
  • Completed Mukuru Forex Consultant training (or willingness to be trained)
  • Fluent in English and at least one local language
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Previous cash handling experience will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of FICA, exchange control regulations, and foreign currencies is beneficial
