Overview:

Clicks Group is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Shop Assistant / Cashier to join its Pioneer Mall store in Maseru. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing point of sale transactions, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and product displays to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Job Objectives:

-Process point of sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately

-Promote and manage Clicks Clubcard enrolments and rewards

-Handle cash securely and responsibly at all times

-Provide exceptional service by assisting and engaging with customers professionally

-Maintain knowledge of promotions, product ranges, and store events

-Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with merchandising standards

-Support the achievement of sales and service targets

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• Essential: LGCSE or COSC
• Desirable: Minimum of 50% in Mathematics and English

Experience:

• Previous customer-facing retail or FMCG experience will be an added advantage
