Wonder Tech Lesotho is expanding its sales team and looking for a motivated and driven Sales Person. If you excel at building relationships, exceeding targets, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
-Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research.
-Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
-Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
-Present products and services to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
-Demonstrate product features and benefits.
-Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
-Negotiate sales terms and conditions.
-Close sales and consistently achieve sales targets.
-Prepare and process sales orders.
Sales Reporting and Market Research:
-Track sales activities and results.
-Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
-Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
-Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
-Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and customer needs.
Collaboration:
-Work with marketing and customer service departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

-Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Sales & Product Knowledge:
-Understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
-Ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
-Strong knowledge of product features and benefits.
Technical & Organizational Skills:
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
-Basic computer skills.
-Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Education & Experience:
–High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
–Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
–Previous sales experience is required.
