Maemo Motors Commercial Vehicles Rustenburg is seeking a dedicated and responsible Heavy-Duty Driver to join our workshop team. This permanent position requires an individual who can efficiently handle all driving duties and assist with other tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Responsibilities
-Collect vehicles from other branches, customers, and outside suppliers.
-Deliver vehicles to various destinations, including outside suppliers, other branches, and customers.
-Maintain positive customer relations to enhance the dealership’s reputation.
-Perform clerical tasks in line with company policies.
-Support the dealership’s sales efforts through effective administration.
-Inspect delivery vehicles for damage, defects, and missing parts, and report any issues to the Manager.
-Ensure vehicles are in good condition and roadworthy.
-Move vehicles within the workshop and washbay.
-Report all accidents and traffic offenses to the Sales Manager immediately.
-Assist customers on the showroom floor.
-Perform other reasonable duties as required by the department.
-Work overtime when necessary.
Requirements
Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Qualifications:
-Grade 12 certificate.
-Valid Code 14 driver’s license.
-Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
-Clear criminal record.
