Introduction
Are you passionate about beauty products and dedicated to helping people look and feel their best? Do you enjoy sharing your knowledge of beauty products with customers? Clicks Eastgate Mall is looking for enthusiastic Beauty Make-Up Artist to join our team, reporting to the Store Manager, and servicing the entire beauty department.
Responsibilities
–Customer Consultation: Engage with customers, answer product-related questions, and provide advice on selecting the best beauty and skincare products to meet their needs.
–Sales Maximization: Drive and maximize sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets.
–Sales Monitoring: Regularly evaluate product performance and suggest improvements to enhance offerings and increase sales.
–Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
–Operational Efficiency: Execute all operational activities within the beauty department, including effective stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.
–Visual Merchandising: Ensure that all in-store visual merchandising, presentation, and promotional standards within the beauty department are consistently met.
–Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador, providing friendly and professional assistance.
–Clubcard Promotion: Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
–Brand Loyalty: Enhance profitability and customer loyalty through the promotion of private label and exclusive products.
–Company Values: Represent and drive the company’s values to establish the brand as the customer’s first choice in health and beauty retail.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
–Essential: Grade 12
–Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
–Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
