Overview

Manthatisi Self Catering Units is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin & Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and hospitality, with experience in events management being an added advantage. This role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative duties and event coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage customer administration and inquiries.

-Oversee procurement administration, ensuring efficient purchasing and supplier management.

-Assist with accountants and auditors’ administration tasks.

-Handle bookkeeping duties, including financial record-keeping and reporting.

-Support marketing administration, promoting events and services.

Requirements & Skills

Tertiary qualification in Business Administration and Hospitality.

-Knowledge of business administration processes will be advantageous.

-Experience in Events Management is a plus.

-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
