We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Admin Clerk at our Mpumalanga location. If you possess strong administrative and communication skills, relevant experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Related experience will be an advantage
- Grade 12 qualification
- Valid Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately and taking accurate messages
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
