Overview
Market Kokoro is seeking dedicated and professional cashiers for our Benmore and Sandton City stores. The ideal candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, work well under pressure, and have a strong ability to collaborate within a team. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of R5,000.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer queries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and organize merchandise displays.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, and theft.
- Handle cash safely and ensure accurate payment transactions.
- Promote store promotions to drive sales.
- Ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
- Perform general housekeeping duties.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements
