Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Call Centre Agent to join our team in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, promoting products or services, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or current customers.
  • Generate leads and drive sales through effective communication.
  • Conduct customer surveys and collect feedback.
  • Accurately maintain and update customer records.
  • Meet or exceed daily sales and call targets.
  • Address customer objections and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Adhere to call scripts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work towards and achieve sales and call targets.
  • Proficient in handling objections and managing customer inquiries.
  • Comfortable following scripts and maintaining compliance standards.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to update and manage customer records accurately.
  • Willingness to undergo training and continuously improve skills.
