Job Overview:

MASA Outsourcing is seeking a qualified Code 10 Driver with a Dangerous Goods Permit (DGP) for a client located in Cato Ridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods, including hazardous materials, in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role requires a driver with experience and professionalism, who can work independently and manage their tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Safely transport goods, including hazardous materials, as per delivery schedules.

-Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and dangerous goods transportation guidelines.

-Load and unload goods as required.

-Maintain communication with clients and supervisors regarding deliveries.

-Accurately complete delivery documentation.

-Work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid Code 10 driver’s license with a Dangerous Goods Permit (DGP).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Code 10 driver.
  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Physically fit and capable of loading/unloading goods when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
