Overview:
Matimba Power Station is seeking a qualified Heavy Duty Driver. This role involves driving and operating specialized equipment, as well as providing heavy-duty delivery services. The position is within the Support Services department.
Responsibilities:
The Heavy Duty Driver will be responsible for driving trucks and operating material handling equipment. Key duties include overseeing the secure loading and offloading of materials, performing driver administration-related tasks, ensuring adherence to safety and control practices, and conducting first-line maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year with a C1 Driver’s License for trucks up to 8 tons
