Job Title: Security Officer
Overview:
MBE Security is seeking a dedicated and skilled Security Officer to join our team in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with at least two years of experience and demonstrated firearm competency.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of assigned premises
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance equipment
- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports
- Provide assistance and support to clients and visitors
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
Requirements:
- Grade C + B certification
- Firearm competency certification
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant security experience
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies
