An exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator has opened up in Randburg Ferndale. The successful candidate will report directly to the office manager and play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels including emails, WhatsApp, and Facebook
- Invoicing using Pastel software
- Data capturing
- Managing and processing orders
- Filing and maintaining organized records
- Keeping track of all transactions
Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Valid driver’s license
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
- Alternative Saturdays: 9 am to 12 pm
Salary:
