Overview

Mohale Lodge is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join the team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity of LHDA Mohale Lodge by auditing daily financial transactions, verifying revenue accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and providing efficient front office services during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audits of the day’s financial transactions and verify accuracy of revenue streams.
  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with internal control policies and procedures.
  • Generate and reconcile daily reports for management.
  • Provide front office services to guests, including check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries overnight.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment during night shifts.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or Certified Accounting Technician qualification.
  • Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in audit or financial control.
  • Experience with hospitality software such as Semper or Opera is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail, good numeracy skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
