Motus Aftermarket Parts Retail is actively seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be an integral part of our team in Jet Park Alert. Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly, adhering to Aftermarket Solutions standards.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to callers while ensuring a swift response rate.
• Relay messages to the relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update the electronic directory with correct information.
• Offer relief cashier services and handle cash transactions with precision.
• Report any suspicious activity promptly.
• Receive COD cash from drivers and ensure proper handover and balancing procedures.
• Assist COD Clerk in catering to customer needs.

Requirements:

• Essential: Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role is crucial.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks.

Skills and Competencies:

• Organized, accurate, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Quick learner with a commitment to honesty and reliability.
• Capability to handle pressure while maintaining composure.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Clear ITC and Criminal record is mandatory.
