Overview
Multifranchise Durban is seeking motivated Call Center Agents to join our team. We are looking for energetic individuals with a passion for sales and an interest in the automotive industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and converting online leads into successful deals, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent, your key duties will include:
-Managing and maintaining various online lead portals to ensure timely and accurate lead management.
-Engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in our vehicles through online inquiries.
-Qualifying leads and identifying customer needs to effectively convert them into appointments and sales.
-Using persuasive communication skills to drive sales performance.
-Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on leads promptly.
-Ensuring all work complies with governance and compliance standards.
-Reporting transactional activities and ensuring relevant databases are updated with accurate information.
-Following up on current and past inquiries within agreed timeframes to meet lead management targets.
-Staying updated with market trends and technology developments to enhance lead conversion.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
-Grade 12 certificate.
-0–1 year experience in a similar environment (sales, telemarketing, or lead conversion preferred).
-Call center experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Skills and Attributes:
-Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
-Computer literacy is essential.
-Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
-Knowledge of industry legislative compliance is beneficial.
-Positive attitude and willingness to interact with clients in a helpful and professional manner.
