Are you a proactive and dedicated individual seeking a dynamic role in a thriving environment? Motus Aftermarket Parts Retail is excited to announce an opening for a General Worker to become an integral part of our team at our Jet Park location.
Position: General Worker
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the binning of incoming merchandise and maintain inventory replenishment from bulk to pick locations following standard operating procedures.
- Allocate new products to designated bin locations within the warehouse area, ensuring accurate stock reporting to supervisors.
- Support replenishment functions to uphold seamless operations.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods in accordance with company standards.
- Timorously pick customer and branch orders to meet specified cutoff times.
- Exercise caution when picking from bulk locations, utilizing alternatives only when necessary to prevent inventory depletion or breakage of pack sizes.
- Adhere to instructions provided by superiors and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by following relevant procedures.
- Collaborate in conducting stock take procedures and maintain daily housekeeping standards.
- Conduct double checks to uphold high customer satisfaction levels and prevent inventory loss.
- Consistently achieve set operational targets and issue/track scanners for operational use.
Requirements:
- Essential: Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong ethical values and integrity.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear criminal record.
