Job Overview:
NMG Administrators Botswana is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Manager to plan, organize, manage, and coordinate the internal audit function. The successful candidate will ensure NMG is provided with independent and objective assurance regarding compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the internal audit strategy.
- Plan and execute risk-based audits to assess internal controls and business processes.
- Provide recommendations to improve governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Report audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Manage and coordinate internal audit activities across departments.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in internal auditing, financial controls, or risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
