Overview
NM Enterprise is seeking dedicated and responsible drivers with a Code 10 license to join our team in Bloemfontein, Free State. This is a permanent position that requires individuals who are committed to safety and efficiency in transporting goods.
Responsibilities
–Vehicle Operation: Safely operate vehicles with a gross vehicle mass (GVM) exceeding 3,500 kg, in compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
–Transport: Efficiently transport goods between designated locations.
–Inspections: Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
–Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries or pickups.
–Loading and Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of goods or materials as necessary.
Requirements
–Valid Code 10 Driver’s License: Must possess a current and valid Code 10 driver’s license.
–Experience: Previous experience in driving vehicles with a GVM over 3,500 kg is preferred.
–Safety Awareness: Strong understanding and adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations.
–Physical Fitness: Ability to assist with loading and unloading heavy goods or materials.
–Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
