Purpose of the Programme
The Learnership Programme is designed to equip participants with technical skills and hands-on experience in various areas of the automotive industry. The training covers the following areas:
-Working in a team
-Safety practices
-Hand tools usage
-Assembly and manufacturing
-Drawing and marking off
-Welding
-Operating and monitoring production machines
-Surface preparation
-Firefighting
-Operations and product dispatch
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- National Technical Certificate (N3 – N6)
- Matric/Technical Matric with Maths and Physical Science or Engineering Science
- Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, or Motor Trade Theory
- Proficiency in Mechanical Drawing or Graphical Design
