Key Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
-Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
-Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
-Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
-Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
-Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
-A Diploma in a relevant field.
-Reside in or be willing to relocate to Thaba Tseka.
-Previous experience in office administration is an advantage.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
