Overview

Omniclean CC is seeking a motivated and dedicated Supervisor/Driver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for overseeing cleaning staff, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

As a Supervisor/Driver, your duties will include:

-Ensuring all contract-based staff are on duty as required by contract terms.

-Managing staff attendance, daily sign-ins, and monthly rosters.

-Ensuring contracts have the necessary chemicals and equipment in line with contract requirements and budgets.

-Conducting and documenting regular cleaning inspections, addressing any issues promptly, and reporting findings to the Manager.

-Ordering site chemicals in a timely manner while adhering to budget constraints.

-Ensuring Health and Safety protocols are implemented and followed on-site.

-Building and maintaining positive relationships with on-site clients.

-Managing, mentoring, training, and disciplining staff in alignment with company policies.

-Operating cleaning machinery and ensuring the proper use of cleaning chemicals and signage.

-Representing the company professionally on all assigned sites.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cleaning supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in the cleaning industry with knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Valid driver’s license (essential).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.
