Position Overview
OOS Vrystaat Kaap Bedryf BPK (Operations Ltd – OV) is seeking a responsible and experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products to their designated locations. The successful candidate will adhere to safety regulations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Main Purpose of the Position
Safely handle and transport products, ensuring delivery to the correct destination in the most economical and efficient manner.
Minimum Requirements
-Grade 10 qualification.
-Valid Code 14 driver’s license with PDP.
-1-2 years of relevant driving experience.
Skills
- Proficient communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
- Ability to concentrate on long road trips.
- Attention to detail in the correct loading and unloading of products.
- Physical capability to perform required tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the correct product to the appropriate destination.
- Comply with legislation and standing regulations.
- Complete and manage all necessary documentation.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment.
- Load and unload inventory as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
