Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary based on the department but may include:
-Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
-Managing front desk operations, reservations, and guest check-ins.
-Maintaining cleanliness and organization of rooms and public areas.
-Overseeing food and beverage services to maintain quality and efficiency.
-Conducting routine maintenance and ensuring proper functioning of facilities.
-Providing spa and wellness services as per guest requirements.
-Assisting in planning and coordinating guest events and activities.
Requirements & Skills
-Certificate in Hospitality or Beauty Therapy.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in any of the listed areas.
-Experience in multiple areas will be an added advantage.
-Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-Ability to provide traceable references.
