Overview:
PathCare, a leading pathology practice in South Africa, is seeking a dedicated Courier to join our Transport Department at the Louis Trichardt Depot. Responsibilities:
- Transport pathology samples and other items between locations.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of all items.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid driver’s licenses (Code A and B).
- Computer literate.
- Minimum of 2 years’ courier delivery experience, including motorcycle and vehicle experience.
- Knowledge of courier routes in the Louis Trichardt area is essential.
- Previous experience in a pathology environment is essential.
- Experience with day and night shifts is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and flexible work style.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail.
- Adaptability.
- Fluency in English with an understanding of Afrikaans.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proven track record of technical and behavioral competencies.
- Initiative and proactive work approach.
