Overview:
PepsiCo, one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies, is seeking six Driver Salesmen to join our Bloemfontein Bakery team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of our products to customers, managing sales transactions, and identifying market opportunities. Responsibilities:
–Timely Deliveries: Ensure that goods are delivered to customers on time, adhering to the company’s delivery schedule.
-Handle and manage money on routes in accordance with company procedures.
-Balance driver’s books and maintain accurate records, demonstrating a basic understanding of the reconciliation process.
–Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, identifying gaps and opportunities in the local market to drive sales growth.
–Accountability: Take full responsibility for the assigned delivery route, minimizing shortages and ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately.
–Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Representative to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
–Crate Management: Maintain proper control of delivery crates, ensuring they are returned and accounted for.
Qualifications:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 3 qualification. Shortlisted candidates will be assessed.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Code 10) and a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
