Overview:
PepsiCo, a global leader in the food and beverage industry, is looking for two dedicated Delivery Drivers to join our team at the Bloemfontein Bakery. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers, while ensuring accurate management of sales transactions and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all goods are delivered to customers on time, adhering to the company’s delivery schedule.
-Handle and manage money on delivery routes according to company procedures.
-Balance driver’s books accurately, demonstrating a basic understanding of the reconciliation process.
–Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, identifying potential gaps or opportunities in the local market to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
–Route Accountability: Take full responsibility for the assigned delivery route, ensuring all deliveries are completed without discrepancies and minimizing any shortages.
–Collaboration: Work closely with the relevant Sales Representative to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
–Crate Management: Maintain proper control of delivery crates, ensuring they are returned and accounted for at the end of each route.
Qualifications:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 3 qualification. Shortlisted candidates will undergo further assessment.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Code 10) and a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
