Overview
We are PepsiCo, one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies, dedicated to bringing smiles with every sip and bite. We are seeking 22 Sales Drivers for a fixed-term contract (FTC) at our Tzaneen Bread Depot. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of our products, managing finances on routes, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
-Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
-Manage money on routes according to company procedures.
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Identify gaps and opportunities in the local market.
-Balance Driver’s books with basic reconciliation knowledge.
-Be accountable for the respective route allocated.
-Minimize driver shortages.
-Liaise with the relevant Sales Representative.
-Maintain good crate control.
Requirements
- Education: Matric or NQF3 (shortlisted applicants will be assessed).
- Driver’s License: Code 10 with a Public Driver Permit (PDP).
- 2 years relevant experience
