Overview:
Phakisa Holdings (Pty) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Picker Packer Driver for a permanent, full-time position based in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, picking and delivering orders, and ensuring timely shipment tracking and delivery. The monthly remuneration for this role is R10,000.00.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, allocate, and process goods and stock items.
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle GRN shipments and notify all relevant parties.
- Mark and arrange goods in the designated store locations.
- Deliver orders to customers.
- Track and follow up on shipments in transit.
- Maintain delivery vehicles, including monthly inspections and cleaning.
- Conduct stock takes and process non-conforming items.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.
- Perform multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Exhibit excellent communication, administrative, and time management skills.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift driver license and PDP are advantageous.
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including stock taking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and able to follow instructions while also taking initiative.
- Must reside in or around the Bloemfontein area.
