Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Shunter Driver to assist with loading and transporting products on designated routes. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all deliveries are completed without damage, effectively contributing to our company’s goals. This role requires an efficient and safety-conscious driver to manage and operate the company vehicle while supporting inventory handling.
Key Responsibilities
–Loading Assistance: Support loading processes to secure products on assigned routes.
–Safe Driving: Operate the vehicle in a responsible and effective manner, maintaining safety standards.
–Product Management: Handle stock carefully to prevent any damages during transit.
–Communication: Maintain clear communication to coordinate delivery processes and updates.
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Grade 12 (Matric)
-Valid Code 10 driver’s license with PDP (Code 14 license is advantageous)
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Skills and Competencies:
-Strong understanding of organizational practices and procedures
-Familiarity with business processes and compliance
-Ability to innovate within role requirements
