Overview
We are seeking a diligent and responsible General Worker Picker to join our team at Premier Meadowview Depot. This permanent position involves ensuring the accurate picking, staging, and wrapping of products in accordance with specified procedures.
Responsibilities
In this role, your main duties will include:
- Adhering to safe working practices
- Accurately picking products as per picking slips
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following standard operating procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A matric certificate (Grade 12)
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- Good communication skills
- The capability to work under pressure
- Self-motivation and accountability
- Equipment knowledge
- Attention to detail and numerical ability
- A sense of urgency and respect for others
- Innovative thinking and a drive for continuous improvement
