Overview
Premier Lesotho Bakery is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Promoter. The role is essential for driving product and brand awareness through instore promotions, brand campaigns, product launches, and events. The ideal candidate will actively engage with customers, build trust in the brand, and contribute to sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Showcase Premier Lesotho Bakery products to increase brand awareness.
-Improve sales and build brand trust through effective customer interactions.
-Ensure customer service levels are maintained as part of the Bakery Sales team.
-Support instore merchandising in collaboration with merchandisers.
-Optimize product presentations and ensure compliance with merchandising plans.
Skills and Attributes
-Knowledge of stock control principles.
-Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
-Proficient in merchandising according to planograms.
-Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
-Excellent product demonstration and basic reporting skills.
-Good communication skills and basic etiquette.
-Personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Qualifications and Experience
–Minimum: LGSCE/COSC certificate.
–Preferred: Experience in retail/promotions or as a merchandiser (6-12 months).
-Attention to detail.
-Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and familiarity with smartphones/tablets.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Additional Requirements
-Comfortable working in a pressurized environment.
-Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
-Team player with a focus on achieving daily operational goals.
-Willingness to travel as required.
