Are you ready to drive your career to new heights? Premier, a leading name in the industry, is seeking a dynamic Salesman Driver to join our Bloemfontein Depot team. As a Salesman Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring service excellence and fostering bakery sales growth through timely and complete product deliveries, payment collection, and efficient management of bakery sales assets on a daily basis.
Main Objectives:
- Ensure on-time and in-full deliveries of products as per customer requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong trade relationships for sustainable growth.
- Manage bakery sales assets effectively on a daily basis.
- Collect payments promptly to contribute to financial efficiency.

- Ability to build and nurture trade relationships.
- Persuasive and influential communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills across all levels.
- Strong people management capabilities.

Qualification Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
- Valid Driver’s License (code 10/C1) with PDP, aged 3 years or more.
Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales or a retail environment.
Key Outputs:
- Navigate and excel in a pressurized environment.
- 6-day position, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as per business needs.
- Willingness to work in alternative areas as required by the business.
