Overview:
A reputable English Medium primary school invites qualified and experienced educators to apply for the position of Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality classroom instruction and actively participating in school extracurricular programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons that support academic excellence
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Develop lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to learners and parents
- Participate in school extracurricular activities and events
- Contribute to school-wide planning and staff collaboration
- Support learner development in both academic and non-academic areas
- Take responsibility for student supervision during school hours and activities
- Promote the school’s values, ethos, and commitment to quality education
- If applicable, conduct swimming lessons and ensure student safety during sessions
Requirements:
- A Degree in Education (Primary School specialisation)
- At least three (3) years of teaching experience in an English Medium school
- Ability to participate in extra mural activities
- Ability to coach swimming will be an added advantage
