Department of Cooperative Governance & Traditional Affairs
POST 07/238: DIRECTOR – RISK AND INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT
- Reference: COGTA 25/24-25

- Salary: R1,216,824 per annum (Level 13, all-inclusive remuneration package)
- Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 and a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Auditing, Internal Auditing, Financial Management, Risk Management, or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Middle Management/Deputy Director level in Risk Management
- Valid driver’s licence
- In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks (including Risk III Report on Corporate Governance 2009, Public Financial Management Act, treasury regulations, and relevant public service frameworks)
- Competencies in fraud investigation, ethics management, project management, analytical research, leadership, conflict management, and report writing

- Coordinate the development of the departmental risk profile and implement risk response strategies
- Oversee the implementation of fraud and anti-corruption strategies and integrity management practices

POST 07/239: DEPUTY DIRECTOR – HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATION

- Requirements:
- Three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Administration/Management, or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 7
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Human Resources Management environment (with at least 3 years at Assistant Director level)
- Relevant PERSAL training certificates
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR legislative frameworks and HR auditing practices
- Duties:
- Manage recruitment, selection, and appointment processes
- Oversee conditions of service, remuneration, and employee benefits
- Administer the PERSAL system and manage personnel records
POST 07/240: DEPUTY DIRECTOR – ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT & COORDINATION

- Duties:
- Manage administrative and coordination activities in the Executive Authority’s office
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding portfolio matters
- Provide support services for Cabinet/Executive Council functions and supervise office staff

- Duties:
- Transport employees and guests in light and medium-sized vehicles
- Collect and deliver items, mail, and documents
- Maintain vehicle records and ensure timely reporting of any defects or maintenance needs
POST 07/242: FOOD AID (CLEANER)

- Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10 or ABET Level 1-4
- Ability to operate elementary cleaning equipment
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
