Overview
Pulse Pharmacy, a division of Gainville (Pty) Ltd, is looking for a qualified Pharmacy Technician to assist in the daily operations of one of its retail branches in Gaborone. The ideal candidate will support pharmacists, manage stock, and ensure efficient customer service.
Responsibilities
-Assist in dispensing medication under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
-Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
-Support stock management, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical supplies.
-Provide excellent customer service and answer queries related to medications and prescriptions.
Requirements and Skills
-Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Pharmacy Technology.
-Registration with the Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC) (Blue Card required).
-Previous experience working in a retail pharmacy is an advantage.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory guidelines.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
