Job Overview
A reputable company is seeking Sales Agents to drive business growth in both long-term and short-term insurance. We are looking for dynamic, goal-driven individuals with a passion for sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and engage potential clients to promote long-term and short-term insurance products.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
-Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and networking.
-Maintain updated records of sales performance and customer interactions.
-Stay informed about insurance industry trends and policies.
Key Requirements
–BGCSE qualification or higher.
–Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred.
-Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance will be an added advantage.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
-Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
