Overview

FNB Botswana is seeking Sales and Service Consultants to join our dynamic team in Gaborone. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with financial solutions, and promoting digital banking channels.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide a positive customer experience by understanding and addressing customer needs.

-Offer product solutions and guide customers to the appropriate service channels (eChannels & Self-Service).

-Build meaningful connections with customers while upholding FNB’s “How can we help you?” brand promise.

-Engage with customers in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

-Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all interactions.

-Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant banking products.

-Promote and migrate customers to digital banking and self-service channels.

-Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and risk guidelines.

-Achieve transactional benchmarks while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.

-Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

-Sales-driven with the ability to identify customer needs and promote banking products.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced financial service environment.

-Knowledge of digital banking solutions and ability to promote self-service channels.

-Understanding of banking policies, risk compliance, and regulatory requirements.

-Ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.
