Jet is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate (108 hours) to join our Nzano store team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about people, fashion, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Be a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional customer experience
-Exceed customer expectations by offering the best solutions and advice
-Actively track and contribute towards store sales targets
-Sell a diverse range of fashion and home dΓ©cor products
-Stay up to date with the latest fashion and dΓ©cor trends
-Identify opportunities to drive additional sales
-Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store customer-ready at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)
