Overview
The Administration Clerk will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Office of the Divisional Commissioner. This role requires proficiency in document management, communication, and general office tasks.
Responsibilities
-Typing reports, letters, and memorandums.
-Managing the flow and recording of documents.
-Handling correspondence for the Divisional Commissioner’s office.
-Coordinating travel arrangements and allowances.
-Maintaining an effective bring-forward system.
-Assisting with diary management and visitor hosting.
Requirements
-Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4.
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Competency in at least two official languages, one being English.
-South African citizenship and a clean criminal record.
-Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours.
