Paleka Community Trust invites applications from suitably qualified Botswana citizens from Paleka communities for the position of Security Guard.
Salary & Leave
- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Leave: 18 working days per annum
Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum Primary School Leaving Examination Certificate (PSLE)
-Ability to read and write
–BGCSE or equivalent will be an added advantage
–At least 1 year of security-related experience
-No criminal record or pending court cases
-Must be 18 years and above
Main Duties & Responsibilities
-Inspect and patrol premises regularly
-Monitor and control access to property entrances
-Authorise entry of people and vehicles
-Secure all exits, doors and windows
-Monitor surveillance cameras
-Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
-Provide assistance to people in need
-Compile and submit daily surveillance reports
-Report all suspicious activities to management
