Overview:
Sefalana Shopper Moshupa is seeking reliable and customer-oriented Cashiers to join our team. The role involves efficiently managing transactions, handling payments, and ensuring excellent customer service at the checkout counter.
Responsibilities:
-Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
-Handle cash, credit, and debit payments securely.
-Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service.
-Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
-Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
Requirements and Skills:
-Botswana General Certificate in Secondary Education (BGCSE) or an equivalent academic qualification.
-Previous experience as a cashier is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
-Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
