Overview

Senwes Equipment is seeking a dedicated and efficient Sales Clerk: Parts to provide exceptional spares sales services to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, handling customer queries, and participating in various promotional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Process, handle, and document customer needs accurately.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Identify and report lost sales opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotions, farmers’ days, demonstrations, and agricultural shows.
  • Market specific agent brands actively.
  • Perform counter sales duties.
  • Provide efficient after-sales service according to company policies and procedures.
  • Promote sales through telephone inquiries, related part sales, and exhibits.
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable workspace.
  • Merchandise, pack, and pick stock for shelves.
  • Build and maintain exhibits.
  • Conduct ongoing stock balancing and participate in quarterly stock takes.

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in spares sales.
  • Technical knowledge of equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and accountability.
