1. Compliance and Recon Administrator

Department: Operations
Location: Secunda, Mpumalanga
Job Type: Contract
Closing Date: 13 December 2024

Job Overview
This role ensures compliance across all operational sites and maintains effective administration processes. A strong communicator with attention to detail will excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance on HSEC Online and Online Intelligence for the branch.
  • Capture hours worked by security guards and communicate with branch/accounts managers.
  • Order and manage stationery, PPE, and uniforms.
  • Ensure vehicle FRSC compliance.
  • Keep records of signed contracts and manage client files.
  • Archive documents and control office filing systems.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Write and submit monthly reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 and relevant administration or payroll qualification (advantageous).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Computer literacy and fluency in English (written and verbal).

2. Sales Consultant
