Ackermans is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join their team as Shop Assistants / Cashiers (P27). Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Assist customers in locating products and addressing queries.
- Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Cashier Duties
- Process cash and card payments, lay-bys, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate till balancing and handle transactions efficiently.
Merchandising
- Ensure correct product pricing and availability.
- Maintain attractive displays and store cleanliness.
Risk Management
- Tag products in line with company policy.
- Participate in stock counts and report any suspicious activity.

Entry Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (English essential; other languages an advantage).
