The Commercial Advancement Training Scheme

  • The successful candidate will undergo an initial 18-month learnership contract, gaining valuable workplace experience while studying part-time.
  • Completion of the initial learnership requirements may lead to opportunities for further qualifications.
  • Responsibilities include performing standardized administrative tasks with close supervisory guidance, focusing on data and financial management.
  • There may be involvement in supporting special projects with simple operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Age between 18 and 24 years old.
  • Completed Grade 12 / Matric certification with Pure Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) and Accounting, achieving a 65% aggregate for both subjects.
  • Computer Literacy, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High level of honesty and integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel within the surrounding areas of Midrand to various Siemens offices and project sites.
  • Passion for Accounting/Business Administration.
