Position Description:
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company. This multifaceted role includes:

  • Capturing orders on SAP
  • Loading deals on SAP
  • Handling order queries on SAP
  • Maintaining call cycles on our in-house system
  • Booking travel arrangements using our in-house system
  • Creating purchase orders on our in-house system
  • Managing asset registers, including vehicles, company phones, computer equipment, and more
  • Addressing staff queries and providing assistance
  • Developing and maintaining promotional activity tracking documents
  • Communicating with field staff to gather and capture information
  • Generating operations reports to be sent to executives

Requirements:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an Expert level, with a focus on Excel and Powerpoint
  • Thorough knowledge of computer systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
